Job summary

BD is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the UCC portfolio across Turkey. You will drive revenue growth, develop annual plans, manage distributors, and build relationships with healthcare professionals to expand market share.

You will partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to align with BD priorities and deliver forecasts. A Bachelor’s degree and five years of sales leadership in medical devices are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare with people leadership.
• Proven growth and market share gains.
• Distributor management experience.
• Strategic account development experience.
• Strong understanding of Turkish tender landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Lead distributor relationships to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Drive market expansion and customer penetration in Turkey.
• Forecasting, reviews, and performance evaluations.
