Domino's Turkey is seeking a seasoned treasury operations leader to manage daily bank operations, cash flow planning, and liquidity management within a dynamic retail network. The role requires strong English, analytical skills, and effective collaboration with finance teams across AGMs and stores.

With 8+ years in treasury, you will optimize cash management, oversee banking relationships, and drive treasury projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics/Administration; master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury operations management.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office with advanced reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily bank operations and maintain records related to treasury transactions.
• Oversee cash management optimization initiatives, banking relationships and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Monitor and manage risk exposure including interest rate and foreign exchange risk.
• Prepare periodic cash flow, FX and liquidity position reports for management.
• Provide actual and budget cash flows for solo and group companies.
• Track net debt performance of solo and group companies (actual, budget, forecast).
• Support treasury-related letters of guarantee processes and bank limits.
• Support and execute treasury projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the relevant departments of the universities, preferably from the Faculties of Economics and Administrative, preferably with a master's degree,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury operations management,
• Have an advanced level of English,
• Able to use SAP and MS Office programs effectively, with advanced reporting aspect,
• Successful in human relations and teamwork,
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills,
• Developed planning and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out the daily bank operations and to follow up the accounting records related to the treasury transactions,
• Overseeing cash management optimisation initiatives, banking relationships and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Monitoring and managing risk exposure including interest rate and foreign exchange risk.
• Preparing the periodic cash flow, FX and liquidity position tables and informing the management,
• Providing actual, budget direct cash flows of solo and group company
• Tracking net debt performance of solo and group company (actual, budget, forecast)
• Supporting the company's letter of guarantee processes and following bank limits,
• Supporting and executing treasury projects.
