Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye maintains a global treasury function and seeks a senior professional to manage cash flow, funding risks and FX exposures. The role requires hands-on treasury operations, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.

Based in Istanbul with hybrid work options, this position supports group treasury governance and banking relations across the business. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in finance and telecommunications, experience in treasury, and a track record of

Qualifications

• 10+ finance and telecommunications experience.
• Experience in treasury and bank relations.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Good stakeholder management and execution/results focus.
• Excellent English skills and Istanbul resident.

Responsibilities

• Support cash flow management & funding risks to meet OFCF targets.
• Manage solo daily cash operations for the entity.
• Support FX risk management to avoid budget losses from FX movements.
• Responsible for end-to-end company loan duties.
• Coordinate banking relations and treasury governance/compliance.
• Prepare half- and year-end certifications.

What you’ll do

• Support cash flow management & funding risks of the company. Effective cash management to meet company OFCF target.
• Manage solo daily cash operation for ‘nine’ entity.
• Support FX risk management to avoid businesses facing budget losses due to adverse FX movements. Manage each company’s cash effectively. (capital needs, ICO loans' status, dividend distribution terms...etc)
• Responsible from the end-to-end company’s loan duties.
• Contribute and manage Group Treasury related topics
• Guide and coordinate the banking relations of the company also supporting business functions for the bank related topics.
• Responsible to keep update Treasury Governance and Compliance Procedures and improve operational excellence Responsible to prepare half & year-end certifications

Who you are

• 10+ Finance and telecommunications experience
• Experienced in Treasury and bank relations.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task work and make hard decisions with considering fallback plans.
• Good stakeholder’s management
• Execution and results oriented.
• Cash management experience.
• Excellent English skills
• Resident in İstanbul
