Job Purpose

The Treasury and Tax Specialist is responsible for managing the company's daily treasury operations, including cash management, banking activities, liquidity planning, financial risk monitoring, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies and procedures. The role supports the organization's financial stability by maintaining effective cash flow management and strong banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare short and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Execute and monitor domestic and international payment transactions.
• Manage banking relationships and coordinate with financial institutions on operational matters.
• Support foreign exchange transactions and monitor currency exposures.
• Assist in managing working capital, including cash collection and payment cycles.
• Support debt management activities, including loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest calculations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and financial regulations.
• Prepare treasury-related reports, analyses, and management presentations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and treasury system enhancements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required treasury documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
• Good understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
