Job summary

Baymineral in Istanbul seeks a Finance Specialist to support daily finance and treasury operations in a fast-paced, multi‑company environment. You will manage payments, cash flow planning, and trade finance coordination across banks, while partnering with accounting, sales, logistics and operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems. Growth opportunities and a collaborative team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, treasury, or trade finance.
• Knowledge of banking operations, cash management, and trade finance instruments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cash and non-cash loan products and financial analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and treasury operations, including payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with cash flow management, daily liquidity planning, and short-term funding needs.
• Record and track treasury transactions in line with internal policies.
• Coordinate LC, LG, SBLC, collections, and other trade finance operations with banks.
• Follow up interest expenses, financing costs, FX transactions, and intercompany payments.
• Support the preparation of monthly cash flow reports, finance dashboards, and management presentations.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all banking and trade finance processes.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Work closely with accounting, sales, logistics, and operations teams.
• Contribute to process improvement and internal control development

The Finance Specialist will support the daily finance and treasury operations of a fast-paced, multi-company, multi-currency trading environment. The role includes managing financial transactions, assisting with cash flow and liquidity planning, and supporting trade finance operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a strong career in finance.
