Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of mold design and manufacturing
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (preferably SolidWorks)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Minimum 2 years of experience in thermoforming (preferred)
• Experience with multi-cavity thermoforming molds
• Knowledge of food packaging production standards
• ERP system experience
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mold maintenance team.
• Design, revise, and commission thermoforming molds.
• Plan and monitor mold manufacturing processes.
• Lead maintenance, repair, and performance improvement activities for existing molds.
• Provide technical support for mold-related production issues.
• Coordinate CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and surface treatment processes.
• Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct cost analysis and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
