Qualifications

• Mold design and thermoforming experience required.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
• Experience with ERP systems and Lean manufacturing.
• Experience with multi-cavity thermoforming molds and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mold maintenance team for efficient workflow.
• Design, revise, and commission thermoforming molds.
• Plan and monitor mold manufacturing processes.
• Drive maintenance, repair, and performance improvements for molds.
• Provide technical support for mold-related production issues.
• Coordinate CNC machining and surface treatment processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Contribute to cost analysis and continuous improvement projects.
