Job summary

ExxonMobil Türkiye is seeking a Territory Sales Manager Associate to develop and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory, supporting sales growth by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities.

You will work with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, drive revenue, and represent ExxonMobil's brands and values across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Excellent English and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and resellers in the assigned territory.
• Execute sales plans to meet volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Services, and Operations.
