Job summary

ExxonMobil Türkiye is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer Associate to support sales activities by combining technical expertise with customer engagement in the lubricants business. You will work closely with customers, OEMs, distributors, sales teams, and technical partners to develop solutions, provide product support, and create value for our customers.

You will be part of a collaborative team with exposure to commercial, technical, and customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good level of PC knowledge and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel and relocate if required.
• Valid driving license.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn commercial and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical solution development by gathering product data, preparing technical documentation, and supporting proposal preparation.
• Participate in customer and OEM meetings, providing product and application expertise.
• Support sales teams with technical information, product recommendations, and application guidance.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor information.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Services, and Operations teams to support customer needs.
• Support implementation of technical programs and customer evaluations.
• Develop a strong understanding of ExxonMobil lubricant products, applications, and customer industries.
• Build productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
