• Day rate 400 -500 DOE
• Japanese and Europeancuisineexperience is essential

We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef for this beautiful boat! The ideal candidate will have proven experience on asimilarsized vessel, MUST have exceptional knowledge and hands‑on experience in Japanese cuisine as well as avery strong background in European cuisine. Galley cleanliness, organisation of freezers and stores is at the highest importance as well as the ability to plan menus and accommodate owners preferences. Food menus and portfolios will be included in the interview process.
