Job summary

JMS Yachting is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead galley operations on a 60m private vessel. The role requires hands-on expertise in both Japanese and European cuisines and a proven track record aboard a similar-size yacht.

You will manage menus, food portfolios, galley cleanliness, stores, and stock, and accommodate the owners' preferences. Flight arrangements and training allowances are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef on a vessel of similar size.
• Must have exceptional knowledge in Japanese cuisine and strong background in European cuisine.
• Experience with galley cleanliness and stock organization.
• Ability to plan menus and accommodate owners preferences.

• Salary 9000€ and 120 days leave, flights included, plus training allowance
• Japanese and Europeancuisineexperience is essential

We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef for this beautiful boat! The ideal candidate will have proven experience on asimilarsized vessel, MUST have exceptional knowledge and hands-on experience in Japanese cuisine as well as avery strong background in European cuisine. Galley cleanliness, organisation of freezers and stores is at the highest importance as well as the ability to plan menus and accommodate owners preferences. Food menus and portfolios will be included in the interview process.
