Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is hiring an engineer to support planning and operation of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. You will review regional performance data, ensure site parameters are set, and conduct drive tests to maintain coverage and quality. Travel within the country is required.

Ideal candidates hold an Electrical/Electronics/Communic. Eng. degree with 1+ years in telecom network operations and strong MS Office skills. Huawei equipment knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineer.
• Min. 1 year telecommunication or GSM/UMTS/4G/5G network operation management experience.
• Technical competence on network quality.
• Understands the capabilities of Planning tools.
• Excellent MS Office applications.
• Must be able to travel in country.
• Driver license with Active driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Need to be familiar with 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio technologies.
• Familiar with Planning by smart network Technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G sites).
• Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the coverage and quality of the 2G/3G/4G/5G network
• Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the new site which will be planned
• Realise the required drive tests and ensure the required 2G/3G/4G/5G network accordingly
• Manage the performing of TSS file preparations of new/revision sites and submission of files to BTK for site certification
