Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking a Telecommunications engineer to support radio network planning and optimization for 2G/3G/4G/5G across the region. You will review performance data, plan site parameters, and drive tests to sustain coverage and quality.

The role requires an Electrical/ Electronics/ Communications degree and at least 1 year in telecom network operations, with willingness to travel nationwide and proficiency in planning tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Communications engineering.
At least 1 year in telecom or GSM/UMTS/4G/5G network operation management.
Technical competence on network quality.
Familiar with planning tools.
Proficient in MS Office.
Willingness to travel within the country.
Valid driver's license with active driving experience.

Responsibilities

Familiar with 2G/3G/4G/5G radio technologies.
Plan using smart network technologies for sites.
Review regional network performance and take actions to improve coverage and quality.
Determine frequency and parameters for new sites.
Carry out drive tests and ensure the required 2G/3G/4G/5G network readiness.
Prepare TSS files for new/revised sites and submit to BTK for site certification.
