Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to plan and optimize regional radio networks using advanced strategies. You will implement coverage and capacity solutions for in-building and outdoor locations to maximize network performance while minimizing unnecessary investment.

The role requires 10+ years in mobile technology, strong English, and proficiency in RF planning tools such as Atoll, Tems, and M2000. Driving license B is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical/Electronics/Communication engineering departments.
• 10+ years of mobile technology experience.
• Good command of English.
• Strong planning & organizing skills.
• Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Engagement with internal stakeholders in cross-functional organization.
• Has Driving License (B)

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize regional radio network using smart network strategies for best experience.
• Implement coverage and capacity solutions for in-building and outdoor locations to balance investment and performance.
• Review, test and implement new products/tools; manage projects and trials for new technologies.
• Perform 2G/4G/5G site planning and optimization using related tools.
• Manage capacity and congestion and perform dimensioning.
• Lead RF projects to ensure timely completion.
• Audit 4G/5G KPIs and parameters; fine-tune based on new features and requirements.
• Provide support to drive-test teams.
