Job summary

P.I. Works is seeking a Bids and Proposal Expert to join a multinational team in Turkey. You will manage end-to-end bid processes, coordinate proposal production, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project Management to deliver compliant, high-quality responses.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in bid or proposal management within telecoms, strong negotiation and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. This role is on-site in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in bid or proposal management, contracts, or sales operations.
• Experience negotiating contract terms and coordinating commercial inputs.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bid process for existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate production of bid proposals, P&L studies, and final formatting.
• Lead bid activities and articulate how solutions address client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, compliant, high-quality bid submissions within budget.
• Support process improvements for bid management and content databases.
