Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an Industry Sales Manager to drive complex poultry processing systems sales across regions. You will work closely with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, and partners, analyzing customer needs and presenting tailored Marel solutions to win key opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in outside B2B sales of technical/mechanical systems, preferably with an international company.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organization.

Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Regional Sales Operations.
• Participate in the process of establishing and implementing a structural industry market plan for a region.
• Drive the sales of complex solutions; justify their value and help increase Marel’s market share while meeting customer requirements.
• Support and train Account Managers within depth process knowledge.
• Be responsible for realizing sales (targets in volume and achieving the best possible price and market share for complex solutions).
• Be responsible for visit reports, opportunity registration and follow-up (maintaining data in Company CRM systems).
• Collect information on competitors’ activities, installed base, requirements, and developments.
• Meet KPI (Key Performance Indicators) goals with sales and margins.
