Job summary

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Türkiye Office seeks a Technical Project Associate for the Social Cohesion and Inclusion project. Based in Ankara, the role supports PMM coordination, field activities, data management, and reporting to advance social cohesion for refugees and host communities.

The successful candidate will work on activity planning, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge sharing, with a starting date around December 2026 for a 1-year assignment with extension

Qualifications

• Experience in migration, refugee-related studies and social cohesion.
• Experience coordinating with public institutions and stakeholders.
• Experience collecting and presenting monitoring data.
• Experience providing administrative and logistical support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation and follow-up of PMM activities.
• Support field-level research, outreach and monitoring.
• Maintain project records, reports and supporting documents.
• Assist in organization of trainings, workshops and field visits.
• Contribute to knowledge generation and dissemination for the project.
