Responsibilities

OBJECTIVE/AIM

The Incentive Specialist role is responsible for managing all processes related to government incentives — including programs offered by TÜBİTAK, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and Technoparks — as well as grants and other support mechanisms to maximize the organization’s financial and operational benefits. The role ensures full compliance with all regulatory requirements, prepares and coordinates incentive applications, monitors eligibility criteria, and provides end-to-end guidance to internal stakeholders. Risks are evaluated, documentation is maintained with high accuracy, and new incentive opportunities are proactively identified to support the organization’s strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
• Develop, monitor, and control program through definition, benefit delivery, and closure
• Create and execute program plan and schedule
• Ensure proper allocation of resources among the projects
• Take accountability for alighning with schedule, budget, and quality of all program components
• Analyse program progress and propose recommendations for resolution of main issues and risks
• Liaise with the program and project management teams to monitor program/project scope and objectives that align with strategic goals
• Support project managers in appropriate resource assignment to streamline project efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs
• Assist the PgMO Director in achieving strategic goals by executing departmental activities as well as organisational goals while upholding standards and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electircal / Electronics / Computer Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management
• Experience in communicating and collaborating with program and project teams
• Ability to work in a corporate environment with all levels of management
• Ability to prepare and conduct presentations
• Analytical and critical thinking ability, quick learning and adaptability
• Ability to take initiative
• Great knowledge in MS Office (MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• As the face of the company in the relevant country, able to manage customer relations very well
• No issues with working and living abroad (Middle East, African Geography, and Turkic Republics…)
• Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English

PREFERRED/PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
