Job summary

PAVO GROUP offers an Incentive Specialist role tied to government incentives and grants, including TÜBİTAK, the Ministry of Trade, and industry technology programs. You will guide internal stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and proactively identify opportunities to maximize financial benefits for the organization.

The role requires a strong background in program management, Turkish and English fluency, and willingness to work across countries including the Middle

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required with strong technical background.
• Proven experience in technical program management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple projects in a fast-paced environment ensuring scope, schedule, and budgets are met.
• Develop, monitor, and control programs from definition through delivery and closure.
• Create and execute program plans and schedules.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources among projects.
• Align all program components with schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Analyse program progress and propose risk resolutions.
• Liaise with program teams to align scope with strategic goals.
• Support PMs in resource assignment to improve efficiency and outputs.
• Assist the PgMO Director in achieving strategic goals and uphold standards.
