Job summary

Knauf Türkiye is seeking a Product Manager to join our Ankara Head Office. You will coordinate sales, marketing, and production activities for the assigned product group and lead market positioning, pricing, and channel strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in business, economics, industrial/management engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years prior experience in a similar role.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills, including leading multiple projects.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written). Residency in Ankara.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales, marketing, and production activities for the assigned product group and manage market positioning.
• Achieve sales volume and revenue targets monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Create and monitor the annual sales budget for the product group.
• Determine and monitor the sales channel strategy for the product group.
• Conduct and evaluate market research and competitor analyses with other departments.
• Play an active role in determining marketing activities for the product group.
• Monitor pricing and ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with dealers and dealer sales teams for product increases.
• Identify new product opportunities based on market, customer, and competitive analyses.
• Evaluate new product ideas and prioritize business requirements.
• Manage new product development with R&D, sales, marketing, production, and other teams.
• Coordinate product validation, positioning, launch preparations, and launches.
• Monitor post-launch performance and plan improvements and development actions.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the product group (PLC).
• Maintain mastery of technical details, standards, and application methods for the product group.
