Job summary

Medsien is seeking a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team in a fully remote role. You will support the product roadmap from concept to launch, collaborate in an agile scrum team, and drive new features with cross-functional partners to improve patient experiences.

As aProduct Manager, you'll work with senior leadership and our engineering and operations teams. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Support the product roadmap from concept to launch,
• Play a collaborative role in an agile scrum team,
• Assist with cross-team execution of new features and optimization of existing ones,
• Co-partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to enhance customer experience,
• Help communicate product updates and strategy with internal stakeholders and executives,
• Contribute to defining, tracking, and communicating clear success metrics.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong passion for improving user experience,
• Experience in building and launching interactive products,
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies,
• Creativity, drive, and ability to navigate ambiguity,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,
• Strong problem-solving abilities,
• A self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively across all levels,
• A natural curiosity paired with analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making,
• Ability to work cross-functionally and motivate teams toward a shared goal,
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field,
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken,
• Residing in Istanbul.
