Job summary

Crs Soft in Turkey is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive needs assessment, analysis, verification, testing, and consultancy activities within software development projects. You will support the product development process by documenting requirements, shaping test scenarios, and aligning stakeholders with project goals.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process management, cross-team collaboration, and translating insights into actionable plans, while leveraging Agile practices and BI tools

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software project experience
• Knowledge of software development processes and project management methodologies
• Familiarity with UML process design and testing methods
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft tools
• Strong data querying and reporting capabilities
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Determine project requirements and document studies
• Plan and execute test processes, prepare reports
• Guide and mentor the team through analysis and testing phases
• Meet with stakeholders to align objectives and follow development
• Identify gaps and root causes, propose improvements
• Support reporting, competitive analysis, and strategic storytelling
