Job summary

DefineX Consulting Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. You will gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable solutions for telecom projects.

You will coordinate between development and business units, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure clear communication with project stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a BA or related degree, knowledge of SDLC, and a proactive mindset; Turkish work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering.
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and coordinate with teams.
• Eligible to work in Turkey.

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

• Gatherand analyze business requirements of the stakeholders and develop solutions to their business needs,
• Act as a liaison between development and business units to effectively perform necessary coordination,
• Define open points, risks, dependencies, and contact/track with project stakeholders and clarify solution effects,
• As a technical business analyst, utilizetechnologies such as SQL, SOAPUI/Postmanin telco projects,
• Prepare and executesystem test cases and ensure test coverage to mitigate defects in test/production environments within the telecommunication sector.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degrees,
• 0-1years of work experience in relevant roles,
• Contribute to a high-performing motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and co-operative skills,
• Knowledge and experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
• Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude,
• Eager to enhance knowledge base and skills,
• Ability to plan and coordinate with to-do's and manage people,
