Job summary

H&M in Turkey is seeking a Tech Manager to lead and oversee Tech within the Production Country, ensuring stable delivery, compliance, and colleague-focused support. You will manage Tech Operations teams and Tech PMs to secure local rollouts of global tech solutions, aligned with global standards and business needs.

You will own tech budget, manage vendor relations, drive cybersecurity initiatives, collaborate with Global Tech, and adapt rollout plans to local conditions while tracking KPIs for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology Operations, or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in ITSM, service delivery, or infrastructure leadership.
• Experience leading teams and delivering IT solutions.
• Familiar with agile working methodologies and ITIL foundations.
• Occasional international travel.
• Proficient in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for Tech Operations and local rollouts.
• Lead Tech Ops teams to high performance.
• Ensure stable operations and end-user support.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Manage tech budget/P&L and forecasting.
