Job summary

Personify Health, Inc. seeks a Tech Lead to steer the technical evolution of a scalable health data platform in Tuzla, Turkey. You’ll stay hands-on in code while defining architecture, standards, and patterns that support data integration across systems for members and clients.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive observability, and coordinate with product managers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals, delivering reliable, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years as a technical lead or senior contributor.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, wellbeing, or related regulated industries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and define architecture for platform initiatives.
• Build data movement systems: pipelines, APIs across multiple systems.
• Modernize the platform and reduce technical debt.
• Strengthen production reliability through observability and incident response.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Align across teams with product managers and stakeholders.
• Untangle complex problems across applications and data flows.
