Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our İstanbul Office on-site. You will lead structural analysis and design for major transportation projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with Eurocodes and AASHTO.

The ideal candidate has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (M.Sc. a plus), fluent English, and 7+ years in structural design with 3+ years in bridge design, proficient in SAP2000, AutoCAD and MIDAS.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree; MSc preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Context

We’re seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to be assigned to our İstanbul Office.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree, M.Sc. is a plus
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of SAP2000, AutoCAD and MIDAS
• 7 + years of experience in structural design
• 3+ years of experience in bridge design
• Experience of designing minor and major art-works such as viaducts, overpasses, underpasses and culverts
• Knowledge of major building codes such as Eurocode and AASHTO
• Ability to follow the drafting process; giving instructions and controlling the drawings
• Experience in client relationship management regarding technical solutions
