Job summary

Tekfen Engineering in Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Bridge Design Engineer / Structural Engineer to deliver complex transportation projects. You will lead structural analysis, FEM modeling, seismic and construction-stage analyses, and generate detailed calculations and drawings.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with 2–5 years’ experience, proficiency in SAP2000/MIDAS, and knowledge of Turkish standards. English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering required; MSc preferred.
• 2–5 years in bridge design or related projects.
• Experience with SAP2000 and/or MIDAS.
• Knowledge of Turkish standards and TKDY 2000.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures for transportation projects.
• Develop FEM models and run static, dynamic, seismic analyses.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, specs, and drawings per standards.
• Design bridges, viaducts, tunnels, and related structures.
• Coordinate with geotechnical, architectural, MEP teams.
• Participate in design reviews and client discussions.
• Review models and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
