Job summary

Daiichi Electronic in Bursa, Türkiye, is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our cockpit electronics team, focusing on in-vehicle infotainment, instrument clusters, domain control units, and ECUs. You will collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanics engineers, as well as clients and suppliers, to translate needs into robust system specifications.

The role emphasizes SYSML/SYSMOD/ARCADIA modeling, Automotive SPICE/ASPICE processes, and functional safety concepts including

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines also acceptable.

Responsibilities

Work with OEM customers to define needs into specifications.
Determine system requirements considering standards and stakeholder requirements and alignment with the stakeholder on their requirements
Analyze, evaluate and clarify stakeholder requirements with customer, supplier and internal specialists (hardware, software and mechanics and system testing)
Manage requirements attributes, allocation, prioritization and categorization of requirements
Design system functions according to customer requirements and/or system requirements considering functionality, non-functionality, quality, reliability/service life, functional safety ISO26262 as well as security by using modeling frameworks (SYSML, SYSMOD, ARCADIA, etc.)
Design system architecture by considering stakeholders and/or system requirements and providing a logical view of the system (system elements and interfaces), activity diagrams, use cases, and sequence diagrams from the structural and behavioral perspectives
Manage and support change/problem management (change and problem analysis)
Follow up on Automotive SPICE standards in the systems engineering domain (SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3, SWE.1)
Supporting new customer‑specific projects during the request for information or quotation phase
Supporting technical and/or critical design reviews for the development of the lifecycle and the new platforms
