Job summary

Ravago Türkiye is seeking a System Support Specialist to join our Aliağa operations. You will provide frontline IT support to global users and help maintain our infrastructure and services.

The role covers incident management in ServiceNow, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, and collaboration with network and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable IT services. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support/help desk/system support experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line IT support to global users and resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
• Participate in local and global IT infrastructure projects and meetings.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests through ServiceNow; follow up to resolution.
• Support IT asset/inventory management and maintain documentation/knowledge base.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams to ensure reliable IT services.

Join our team as a “System Support Specialist” and contribute to our operations in Aliağa.

What You'll Do?

• Provide first line IT support to all global users worldwide and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues,
• Participate in local and global IT infrastructure projects,
• Participate in local and global IT meetings,
• Manage and follow up IT incidents and service requests through ServiceNow,
• Support IT asset and inventory management activities,
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles,
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and track them through resolution,
• Support network troubleshooting activities, including switches, wireless networks, and connectivity issues,
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals,
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office applications,
• Perform user account administration tasks in Active Directory,
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Work closely with infrastructure and network teams to experience and technical expertise.

Who We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments,
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system support roles,
• Successful in process tracking and documentation is plus,
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking (Aruba, Palo Alto, Cato), and IT service management processes,
• Familiarity with ticket management tools (preferably ServiceNow),
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Proficient in using SAP ERP is a plus,
• Eager to learn and develop in system administration and network technologies,
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
