Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a System Architect to design secure AI-powered workplace solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot and Modern Endpoint technologies. You will support pre-sales, map customer requirements to Microsoft capabilities, and design architectures aligned with best practices.

You will lead engineering teams, supervise architecture governance, and contribute to the Microsoft Competency Center while developing reusable assets and reference implementations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture with strong background in two areas (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
• Proficiency in Intune, Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (two of them)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and agent technologies

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and map to Microsoft Modern Work capabilities
