Job summary

Aydınlı Group, a leading Turkish fashion retailer, seeks a System Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and manage mobile and enterprise systems through the full lifecycle. You will work with international operations, APIs, and data analysis to ensure solutions meet business goals.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting agile ceremonies, and ensuring smooth release processes across platforms including iOS, Android, and WebView.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare analysis documents such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Understand mobile apps, digital platforms, and related system architectures.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Use SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from business units and international operations and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Manage and follow up on mobile application and enterprise system developments throughout the full lifecycle, from analysis to production release.
• Prepare and maintain User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Analyze REST/SOAP API integrations and perform API testing with Postman/SoapUI.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQL queries.
• Support UAT, functional testing, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate across iOS, Android, Web, and WebView platforms and ensure deployment readiness.
