You will work with local and regional teams to deliver value for patients and professionals, own launches, lifecycle management, pricing, and demand planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgrad qualification is a plus.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or related industry.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, Market Development, Commercial Excellence, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute portfolio strategies to drive growth and long-term value.
• Act as the strategic business owner for the assigned portfolio with revenue and profitability accountability.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, pricing, and lifecycle management in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget with measurable ROI.
• Drive portfolio transformation via new product introductions and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead market development initiatives by identifying unmet needs and expansion opportunities.
• Translate data into clear strategic choices and growth plans.
• Build compelling value propositions and segmentation for healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and regional teams to deliver priorities.
• Lead launches and strategic initiatives from insight to execution and measurement.
