Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery production, or mechanical assembly.
• Proficient in English.
• SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Experience with BOM creation and SAP PP advantageous.
• Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen experience is a plus.
• MS Office, especially Excel, proficiency.

Production Planning Engineer

Our client is a leading global company in the pump technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems,
• Implement process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency,
• Participate in new product localization projects,
• Analyze materials for products and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and production recipes in the SAP system,
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for technical issues arising during production,
• Monitor and report production data through SAP,
• Work in coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams,
• Contribute to standardization and process improvement activities on production lines.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from universities, preferably from the Department of Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery production, or mechanical assembly,
• Advanced English proficiency,
• Preferably, Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs,
• Experience in production planning and BOM (Bill of Materials) creation is required,
• Knowledge of SAP PP is an advantage,
• Experienced in reading and preparing technical projects,
• Experience in product localization or new product commissioning processes is preferred,
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement projects,
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel,
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul, preferably in or around Tuzla,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Collaborative and excellent communication skills.
