Job summary

Lilly Türkiye is offering a one-year HR StarT internship designed for junior and senior university students to join our business functions. The program fosters ownership of your professional journey, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project experience with on-the-job training and development opportunities.

As an HR Intern, you will support HR operations from recruitment to onboarding, maintain personnel files, assist in reporting and analytics, and participate in process improvements

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year university student in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong planning, priority-setting, and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Proactive attitude with high learning agility and openness to coaching and feedback
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and adaptability in the face of change
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and AI tools
• Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Interest in human resources and people operations
• Available to work full-time during the summer break and at least 3 days per week during the school term

Responsibilities

• Assist with core HR operations including recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, training programs, and personnel file management
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from hiring to exit, including documentation and follow-up activities
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires and manage newcomer evaluations and probationary processes
• Support recruitment processes such as interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring documentation
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and digitalization of employee records and personnel files
• Help track and report key HR metrics, dashboards, and trends
• Contribute to HR process improvement, AI, and automation projects
• Support ad‑hoc HR projects and cross‑functional initiatives
• Assist the HR team in daily operational tasks and continuous improvement activities
