Job summary

Unilever in Konya invites applications for an HR GenNext internship within the local HR scope. You will support training processes and HR initiatives while collaborating with the Konya HPC Factory HR team to drive people analytics, performance and growth culture.

Ideal candidates are in 3rd/4th year of a bachelor’s or master’s program, digitally savvy, and curious. Availability around three days per week is preferred, with exposure to HR strategy and operations in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Hungry to learn and curious; able to connect big picture with details.
• DigitalSavvy and forward thinker with a proactive mindset.
• 3rd or 4th year of bachelor’s degree or master's degree.
• Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist deployment of the Konya HPC Factory HR agenda, focusing on PM, Growth Culture and analytics.
• Provide meaningful people data to support decision-making and career development planning.
