Job summary

Aon Türkiye Marketing and Strategy team is seeking a Strategy and Marketing Intern for a six-month placement. This hybrid role offers virtual work with in-office days in Istanbul and travel flexibility as needed.

As part of the internship you will create social media content, presentations and internal communications; plan campaigns; study market trends; and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university programme in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable — able to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing content including social media posts, presentations and internal communications
• Support the planning and execution of local campaigns, events and strategic initiatives
• Research market trends, industry developments and competitor activity to inform team strategy
• Assist with project coordination — tracking deadlines, maintaining assets and supporting day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities

What the Day Will Look Like

As a Marketing Intern on our Aon Türkiye Marketing and Strategy team, you will;

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
• Collaborative, curious and eager to contribute ideas and learn from those around you
