Qualifications

• 10+ years in sourcing and merchandising for men's apparel.
• Proven ability to build vendor networks and scalable supply chains.
• Strong cost, quality, and lead-time management experience.

• Scout vendor partners in NE Turkey with fast production lead times.
• Onboard new vendors quickly with clear test criteria for scale.
• Improve costs, quality, and terms across current categories.
• Manage supplier capacity to support company growth.
• Lead open costing strategies and negotiate with suppliers.
