Job summary

Quince is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager to build and lead our soft home sourcing function in the EU. This is the first EU hire, focusing on cotton bedding, kids bedding, and window coverings, with potential expansion into towels and table linens.

You will identify and onboard vendor partners, establish supplier scorecards, and drive cost, quality, and lead time improvements while collaborating closely with HQ teams across planning, design, and merchandising. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sourcing, product development, or supply chain within home textiles.
• Deep understanding of textile production and costing workflows.
• Strong network of EU-based soft home vendors.
• Proven track record of owning timelines, cost negotiations, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard EU vendor partners for soft home.
• Develop vendor scorecards and KPIs to drive performance.
• Negotiate MOQs, pricing, capacity, and lead times with suppliers.
• Build relationships with factory owners and production leaders.
• Collaborate with HQ teams to ensure alignment and reporting.
