Job summary

Vimerson Health is seeking a dedicated procurement specialist to own end-to-end portfolio management, from strategy to order release. You will build supplier relationships, drive cost improvements, and align with company priorities while supporting the Sales Team with supplier readiness for new products.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in procurement or supplier management, is fluent in English, and proficient with Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong command of Google Sheets and equivalent tools for managing and analyzing procurement data.
• Based in or near the CET time zone.

Responsibilities

• Own everything within your portfolio from strategy to release of each order.
• Own your strategy, execution, and results; drive continuous improvement across procurement and production.
• Build and expand a reliable supplier base ensuring top quality and competitive terms.
• Anticipate and support Sales Team needs by securing suppliers for new product types and opportunities.
