Job summary

Trendyol Finance is seeking a services procurement specialist to manage contracts across security, cleaning, facility management and other outsourced services. You will work with category teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing, track supplier performance, and prepare reports that drive data-driven decisions.

You will engage with ERP platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle, lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and help optimize OPEX while ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 2+ years of purchasing experience, especially in services.
• Strong verbal and written communication with advanced negotiation ability.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Team player with ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational procurement processes across services.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle; engage in digital procurement like online quotations and e-tendering.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ or online tender processes and supplier selection with stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance; drive innovation in services procurement.
• Broaden supplier pool to enhance diversity and sustainability.
• Ensure cost optimization by adhering to the purchasing budget and creating value to decrease OPEX.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with PoC, OCM, SPD, and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Track spend and identify cost-saving opportunities to support budget optimization.
• Support contract finalization with commercial terms aligned to business objectives.
