Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst to lead strategic pricing across the Cardiovascular sub-region. You will partner with Marketing, Offer Development, and Finance to shape pricing for new launches, run scenario analyses, and support market access readiness.

Location options include multiple cities with a flexible work arrangement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration and at least five years in pricing or commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of pricing or commercial finance experience.
Strong Excel skills and ability to run simulations.
Analytical with problem-solving and decision-making.
Able to operate in a matrix, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Lead development and evolution of strategic pricing frameworks across the sub-region.
Act as business partner to sub-regional leadership, marketing, and commercial teams on pricing roadmap and value-based segmentation.
Shape pricing strategies for new product launches and commercial models.
Guide integration of pricing decisions into planning cycles, business cases, and lifecycle management.
Own pricing input into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle and ASP planning across portfolios.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize pricing governance and ensure execution consistency.
