Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for Acute Care & Sage portfolios in the META region. You will drive market intelligence, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen product positioning and growth.

As an individual contributor, you will partner with Sales, Customer Service and Events, shaping product strategies, supporting launches, and delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy.
Strong understanding of market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategies and marketing plans that align with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Analyze market and competitive dynamics, identifying trends, customer needs, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decisions.
Drive product positioning and messaging, clearly articulating product value and differentiation across relevant customer segments.
Partner with Sales and commercial teams to develop sales tools, training strategies, communication plans, and other resources that support commercial execution.
Lead cross-functional initiatives including product launches, business cases, project plans, clinical evidence initiatives, and product lifecycle activities.
Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to strengthen customer engagement and inform product and marketing strategies.
Monitor business performance and KPIs, providing recommendations and actionable insights to leadership and commercial stakeholders.
Support pricing and portfolio decisions, including pricing analysis, product lifecycle planning, and recommendations for future growth opportunities.
