Job summary

Tüpraş, Türkiye’s leading energy producer, seeks a project controls professional to develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets across CAPEX programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution strategies and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring using EVM and earned value metrics. This role offers growth within a major energy company with exposure to refinery-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in project planning and management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in project controls, planning and scheduling, and/or cost control for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Coordinate and support the annual investment (CAPEX) program with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level master schedules and dashboards; prepare progress reports and forecasts.
• Support budgets, cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and EAC projections throughout the lifecycle.
• Track costs, commitments, and progress in collaboration with procurement, contracts, and project teams.
• Review contractor progress payments, invoices, and forecasts for compliance with budgets.
• Monitor performance using EVM, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
