Job summary

Milli Reasürans T.A.Ş in Turkey seeks a Supervisor/Associate Supervisor for Corporate Performance. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, and performance measurement to support the company’s objectives, coordinating with finance, risk and operations.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, present insights to senior management, and lead cross-functional projects. Fluency in English is required; experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, or related fields.
7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, financial planning, or business analytics, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate performance management frameworks (e.g., KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard); ability to set, track, and achieve measurable performance goals aligned with organisational objectives.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and reporting systems.
Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, and regulatory environment is an asset.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
Experience with performance tracking systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participating in annual strategic planning processes.
Monitoring financial performance and identifying key drivers for variance.
Reporting and analysing of financials and KPIs.
Maintaining and enhancing relationships with external stakeholders, including rating agencies by preparing and delivering presentations, reports and data.
