Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a CEO Office Analyst to support the CEO and executive team in a fast-paced, international, data-driven environment. The role focuses on Innovation & Partnerships to unlock new revenue channels and build strategic collaborations across pharma, data platforms, and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or Master's) degree from a strong university in a highly analytical field (e.g., engineering, economics, business, statistics, industrial engineering, or related).
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in management or strategy consulting, investment banking/cina, corporate strategy, business development, or partnerships.
• Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or pharma is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, size, and prioritize new revenue opportunities and business models adjacent to Massive Bio's core offering.
• Build the analytical case for where the company should invest, expand, or experiment next.
• Translate innovation ideas into concrete proposals with clear economics, risks, and execution paths.
• Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, and supporting materials for the CEO, co-founders, and executive team; including for external meetings with partners and investors.
• Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings and ensure they translate into concrete next steps.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial, Clinical, and Customer-facing teams to gather data and understand root causes of issues.
• Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, business models, and other strategic questions sitting on the CEO's desk.
