Job summary

LEGO Group in Turkey's Modern Trade team is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own relationships with key customers, lead negotiations and turn plans into measurable results. You will identify growth opportunities, build strong partnerships and ensure execution aligns with business goals.

You will balance customer needs with corporate priorities, drive omnichannel growth, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Operations to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in managing key customer accounts and delivering sales targets.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and joint business planning with customers.
• Strong ability to use data to inform sales plans and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Own customer plans from priorities through negotiation, execution and reviews.
• Balance customer needs with business priorities and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver annual sales targets and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Improve execution across key priorities and build a clear growth plan.
• Create a healthy pipeline of opportunities for next year.
