Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Project Procurement Engineer to play a key role in managing supplier relationships and procurement for engineering projects within a multinational environment.

You will develop outsourcing strategies, conduct bidding and negotiation with suppliers, prepare and manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, and oversee the PO-to-Payment process while coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Computer Engineering (MBA a plus).
• Experience in Purchasing Processes and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment with cultural empathy.

Responsibilities

• Develop outsourcing strategies for materials and services in engineering projects.
• Conduct bidding processes and negotiate with potential suppliers.
• Prepare and manage supply contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage category portfolios.
• Handle Purchase Order to Payment process for suppliers.
• Maintain regular communication with supplier owners to resolve issues and ensure long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to anticipate demands and propose solutions.
• Identify and qualify new potential suppliers.
• Stay updated on market trends and supplier capabilities.
