Job summary

World Food Programme Türkiye seeks a senior consultant to lead fundraising strategy, assess the Turkish regulatory landscape, and engage private sector partners. The role focuses on identifying compliant fundraising options and delivering strategic guidance for resource mobilization across country offices.

The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of Turkish private sector dynamics with strong English and Turkish communication skills, to build durable partnerships and drive WFP Türkiye's

Qualifications

Education: Advanced degree or degree with relevant training in one of the listed disciplines.
Experience: At least nine years in resource mobilization, private sector engagement, or related fields.
Languages: Excellent Turkish and English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and technical guidance to design and implement fundraising initiatives in Türkiye.
Review fundraising landscape, identify opportunities, and advise on compliant mechanisms.
Develop engagement plans, proposals, and briefing materials for stakeholders.
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and prepare final recommendations with implementation roadmap.
