Job summary

Virgosol is seeking a Controlling & Reporting Manager to lead financial controlling, FP&A, and performance management, translating data into strategic business insights for a fast-growing technology and AI company.

You will own month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; build models and reports for senior management; monitor KPIs; manage risk and audits; and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure data consistency and actionable

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of FP&A and financial controlling experience.
• At least 5 years in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with product-based company structures.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power Query or SQL is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, budgeting/forecasting cycles, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models and decision-support reports for senior management.
• Track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for a product-based company.
• Manage internal/external audit processes and monitor financial risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data consistency across departments.
