Human Kapital is seeking a Financial Control Supervisor for a corporate client in the manufacturing sector. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cost control and accounting processes to improve overall financial performance.

The candidate will manage monthly closings, provide analyses for management, and ensure IFRS compliance while coordinating with internal and external auditors. Tekirdağ relocation is required where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years experience in finance, accounting, or financial controlling in manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and MS Office.
• Experience with budgeting, cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with IFRS and internal controls.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• For male candidates, military service completed.
• Willing to relocate to Tekirdağ region.

• Monitor budget preparation and budget realization processes.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management.
• Conduct cost analyses and develop improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate monthly and period-end financial closing processes.
• Support accuracy of accounting records and continuity of financial processes.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Contribute to development of internal control practices.
• Coordinate with departments during audits.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with regulations and company standards.
• Support ERP-driven financial processes and improvements.
• Collaborate with international teams and relevant departments.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
